When will I receive my item?

Lead Times

When you order a display kit or custom-printed item, there is a turnaround time while the item is being designed, produced and quality assured. Production and delivery times for custom graphic orders are based on artwork proof approval.


Proofs are sent within 1 business day of artwork submission. The artwork approval cutoff time for production to begin the following business day is 12pm PST. For example, if your artwork is submitted 10am on Monday, you should expect to receive proofs no later than 10am Tuesday. Artwork must then be approved by 12pm Tuesday for production to begin on Wednesday. If artwork approval is received after 12pm PST, then production begins on Thursday.

Shipping

On the checkout page, certain shipping methods will provide an estimated time of arrival. This is referring to the shipping time only. Custom items ship once artwork proofs are approved so design time and production time must be considered as well.


Once products are shipped from our warehouse, they will arrive between 2-5 days on average (in the United States. Also, this does not include overweight – 150 LB+ – items that may require specialized shipping methods.). Please note, we will not cover express / expedited shipping to meet a required deadline.

Order Process

  1. Payment processed
  2. Design intake form or artwork submitted (Estimated time for custom art is 2 business days depending on the complexity of the display.)
  3. Design proofs are signed electronically
  4. Production and printing (Graphic turnaround time is noted on product page.)
  5. Quality assurance
  6. Shipping to customer (Shipping time is always estimated at 5 days on the product page but could be less depending on your location and shipping method.)


*Please note that failure to respond to the proofs approval email by the mandatory cutoff may result rush service fees or missed deadlines.

**Display Pros cannot be held liable for missed deadlines due to carrier delays, as the responsibility for delivery of each parcel falls on the carrier service and cannot be controlled once the item is shipped.

***Custom graphic orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged in shipping in which case, we will assist with insurance documentation.
